What do you mean by 'executable'? A program starts running when it's plugged in?

A quick google search for "Autoplay USB flash drive" gives me these results.

I haven't read them, so I don't know how accurate they are, but you can try them out.

This may work on OS like XP and possibly Vista - but certainly not on 7.

(I had recently made a presentation in PPT and put it on a pendrive....and did this to it).

It didn't work on Windows 7.
