Good point, I agree

Funny how it can miss someone who's around all the time. Unless you means running the show, in which case Artashes seems to be fulfilling that role suitably.

Jim, this is not the correct thread to discuss and argue about this matter. This one is.
This thread is for collecting ideas for specific tools, functionalities and content that members would like to see/read/use in the future, so we can plan it along with the new release of the forum.

I`m just suggesting, personally I really like Tapatalk as it gets only data to my phone and saves my internet packages ^^.
You talk about community, maybe it brings some community, it`s always advantage when forum supports multiple ways of access and in this case for forum owner Tapatalk it totaly free.

Is this "pool" like the "duck pond" game in the carnival game section? I think the moderator team should have been voted on like it was done before. And no, it doesn't take anyone from before to know what's going on. Anyone with a brain, and eyes can see and read the dirty laundry for the past how many years, it's aired out in the back yard, just look.
Adding staff isn't like bobbing for apples, and the apples bitten from the barrel shouldn't be made staff. It should be a community vote. Again, no offense to the current staff. I like most of the current staff (although I haven't been here that long to actually know them, but shh), but it's the way it's being handled that it's everyone's concern. Or not.
Run it down the line, and slap an "approved sticker" on it, done deal. No lifetime warranty, no refunds, sorry. Put Jordan on staff.

We will seriously review it once again and if we like it, I wouldn't mind having it.
Appreciate the idea, Trim!

I'd like to see the forum focus back on freelancing. At the moment it strikes me as more of a web development forum.
It'd also be nice to have fresh, unique content published regularly written by veteran freelancers/business people - not 2-bit webmasters.
I couldn't give a monkey's about the skin as long as the content is worth sticking around for.

This is probably our next biggest challenge that we'll be focusing on. If you get any bright ideas on how to stimulate that activity or what kind of content to bring to this place, feel free to contact me privately to discuss!
Thank you, Garyrae, for your suggestion.
