Out of the four concepts, I definitely prefer the 3rd one.
Are you trying to design the cards yourself or are using either pre-made templates? I'd suggest perhaps to change up the typography between the logo/slogan part and your information. Your contact information should also be a little more central than that.
Ideally, you should consider going for a two-sided card in which case you can split the logo/slogan on one side and your contact information on the other.

i would sugest you to creat a 2 sided card... logo/subtitle in 1 side, and your info in the otherside...
and pay attention to alignaments and distances... each of your previews have different margins... dont put texts too close to the margin...
last one have the best distance from margin... third one have the best positioning...
you should also consider work with white and green texts, not only green. (white will be more visible, so you could use it on the logo and your name... subtitle/info in green for exemple...
the other side can be inverted... green background, and white/darkgrey text
that are only sugestions

The 3rd one is probably the best choice. Forget the designs where everything is centered because it makes your card looks boring. For the 2nd one, aligning the details like that just doesn't seem to work. Of course you can also try experimenting with the use of negative space such as making your logo a certain degree smaller and letting the negative space dominate. From the choices, though, the 3rd one works pretty well.

i would parts of each one.
i don't think you need to bother with 2 sides - it depends on what type of pricing options you have, but it could be contained to 1 side. i like the logo arrangement of op3, but i think it should be bigger - taking up as much real estate as op1 does. then i would just list your name and info all on 1 line at the bottom, using pipes to separate everything: Ie Daniel Berliner | 630.215.3819 | dan@qsdconsulting.com
what concerns me more here is the typohraphy. is it myriad pro? because it feels like you just created a text box in illustrator and never bothered to change the font family from the default. Also not sure if it's the jpg compression but your text should be set in white. it'll read easier on black.

The idea of a two-sided card is actually ingenious. What you need to to add on the other side are some of the specific or special services you offer. Your designs are already great but if I were to make one, I would have that everything is indented to the left.

Layout:
As mentioned above I would go for two-sided, it's really more versatile and you can play around with arrows pointing to extra information on the back.
Colors:
As far as colors go, I personally would choose light colors with a darker font. As proven by studies this increases readability and is more relaxing to the eye. The light green on almost black background is really bright.
Logo:
I think the logo is really nicely done!
Information:
The information on the card is also really good and I wouldn't change that much.

On the off chance that the OP returns to this post....
Firstly, if those are the final images a printer will likely reject them. Or I would. Your finals will need to be a minimum or 300 dpi and in CMYK format.
Secondly, I would suggest your logo and company name / slogan centered on one side, followed by contact and special service information on the other.
Last but not least, when you contact a printer, ask them about single aqueous coatings on the side your logo is on. This is a gloss coat that will give the colors more depth. Also ask about custom stock weight. I wouldn't recommend anything below 16pt card stock.
