$30 for quick paypal/php job

I need someone to make a paypal pay thing, its really simple.

page 1 sends all the needed data plus one ID variable. payment is $5.00, but amount must be changeable.
page 2 does the payment stuff (normal paypal login and pay)
page 3 returns and prints the ID variable

make me something that can do that and its a fast $30, this needs to be done asap.
