  Old  Help With A Piece Of Coding

Well im testing a new site. But i wonder wether people can help me with it. Go Here And click user control panel. For some reason it blocks it for me. Is there any reson why this is happening? Is it a chModd error or something similar.

my first guess,
it seems your script is including external file to be displayed in index.php. check the permission for the file user cp menu.
