Titles such as: "Talkfreelance 3M's - Management, Marketing & Monetizing" also runs onto two lines and the teal kind of colour background doesnt expand.

And you need to make the sidebar scroll down with us, i think thats position: fixed; then we dont need to scroll back up

I don't think there is anything that could be done about that. I think we should just rename that section and loose the "Talkfreelance 3M's" bit.

Yeah you can just make the bottom colour of the gradient. Should look better anyways.
