Well, if any of you know me, you know I get tired of layouts VERY FAST, lol
as do most designers 
I was tired of the plain look of the old img-upload.
ps. Thanks to talkfreelance, salathe, and Castlemelody for the awesome mascot

I like the new design
and I found a bug...
if your upload fails... The image says successful, but the text says it failed..

Wow. I refreshed that page (without knowing it had been "revamped") and then wallah!! Freaky :P
Never the less, it looks awesome. Although, I would personally carry on the bacgkround colour of the logo to the top of the page (above the logo) instead of changing to that light blue.
Also, the logo and the mascot sort of end about 5px after everything else. It looks like an error to me but i dont know whether you did that on purpose?
