Haha, i do have a copy but i won't be distributing it. If you would like to get a copy of borland i suggest checking out kazaa or something, but you know that is illegal...so don't hold me at my words.

yes it can and I use Miscrosoft Visual Enterprise C++. I found it to be better than borllands, but that's just me.
