Sorry you edited your post - Please could I have the designers contact details so I can sort this problem out. Did he/she provide a .psd, if so was it layered or did it have a image with the base design?

Edit: eh, you edited your post. I'm just saying that I hired a guy that is basically ripping off people's banners and it's a pain in the ass now because I'm using those banners to advertise and such.

as BP designed that banner for me and I don't want to see ripped banners of the ones that I'm going to be using around...
