Your very quick to judge considering you've been in the same position that Joe is in. Apple is no scammer, he is a fine designer and a good friend and I can assure you that any problems have been unintentional mixups.

err he not only sold the psd he also entered it in two contests and more.
apple is a scammer, better find better friends.
