For sale today is http://www.csstut.com (registrar: namecheap.com, expires : Thu 04/16/2009)
Reason for selling : No longer have the time to keep it running. I have other obligations.
Included: - Unique PSD Design
- Unique Coded Wordpress Theme
- Whatever posts I have now.
- Whatever downloaded assignment files I have now.
- 125*125 and 468*60 banners
Traffic:
Currently spiking between 2 and 18 uniques a day.
Just recently got indexed, and google traffic should start shortly.
Asking Price 100$ OBO.
I'm not going to steep to low, it's still a 100% custom wordpress design, alongside a great keyword domain.

I ask the above as well, if i can buy the domain on its own, but if i bought all of it, would i get the content? And is the content unique?

Current content is unique, hand-written by myself.
You get the content as well, and if you buy the bundle, I'll even give you a couple more tutorials (continuing in the series).
I'm open to offers on domain only, I'd be looking at around 20$ for domain only. Regg'd at namecheap.
