Ctrl + Click a layer - Load selection of the clicked layer
Shift + Ctrl + N - Create new layer
Ctrl + S - Save document(should be used often, I learnt the hard way! >_<)
Ctrl + E - Merge 2 layers together
Shift + Ctrl + E - Merge all visible layers
Shift + Ctrl + M - Export document to Dreamweaver (I always hit this one when I create a new layer)

I know a lot more than that but most of them I just do them without even noticing so I can't remember exactly what the keys are.

CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + S - Save for web... probably my most used - because of this I've also assigned it to F3.

Have also set up some others commonly used by me, so not that useful if you don't set them up yourself :P but I use F keys for Edit>Transform>Resize and for a recent project that needed me to reformat 1,500 images I added F key shortcuts for Actions that added/removed set amounts of Contrast & Brightness.

Methinks not else I'd have done that :-p

Images were all too different for reliable batching e.g. many many different aspect ratios, some had nasty frames round them or drop shadows and the like, only some needed contrast and/or brightness adjustments, some needed color adjustments, some were more than one image side by side with only one being needed etc etc.
