We are talking about a design here on TF. You are talking about little things like forums and icons you don't see unless you click them. We aren't to that point so settle your horses. Not as easy as you think.

I think it's great, it's much better. Still dislike the chatbox tough, just make yourself a section where both guests and members can post what they would usually post in the shoutbox. Just my 2 cents.

I never said anything was easy.... The icons are very visible. They are on your FRONT page. When I skin a forum all of the icons are skinned along with the fourm. I am not bashing you TalkVB, but I do not see your forum offering any compeition in it's topic. Basically it is vbulletin.org, and TF put togather with a nice skin over it. You need to offer something different and make it an "experience".

First of ALL, Talkvb.com is in no way close to "TalkFreelance", the only relation they have is the "talk" (GASP). I personally would like to try and keep Talkvb as FAR different from "TalkFreelance" as possible. For obvious reasons. And as far as vbulletin.org.. Talkvb.com has very much a more specific memberbase over vbulletin.org.

Who are you?
Why are you lecturing me how to run a site?
