Something like that happened to my friend. The instructors car which he was in was so terrible it kept breaking down, and everything was messed up, like sticking clutch, screwed up gearbox, etc. Eventually he passed not for completing everything, but for handling the car well during that period, after the 30 minutes they were out there, the examiner went balistic at the instructor for letting his student drive such a crappy car.

yo buy the new redline mag with a perfect PUG on the front. In the redpages it has a forking cool vauxhall corsa, with the baddest bodykit and widearches compleyely done up well for £4,500. Bloody great price, you'd pay that for a standard clio in good condish.

I agree it's a good price, but i don't see why people bother to spend money modifying their cars to make them sound and go faster, and making them look flashy. Personally, i'd rather own a really good car, like a Jaguar, rather than getting something like a Citroen Saxo and modifying it to look exactly like something out of 2 Fast 2 Furious. Eventually at a certain age, most guys turn into absolute 2 Fast 2 Furious fanboys, and they pop an erection everytime a Skyline passes by them. The only thing i see worth changing in a car is a nice interior to make it comfortable, anything useful like Navigation systems, good sound system, and that's it.

honistly im not touching my car cause its so easy to make a car look crap, i have the speaker system donated from my good brother (his old stuff) he saved for me, and he will help me fit it, but frankly all those body mods are just going to crap the car up, plus im not really a speed demon on the roads i dont really want to start. lol the other day i was thinking about getting the older version of the micra lol mmmm granny car :P but hella cheap insurance

basically if it gets me and my mates to college and maybe out at lunch that would be cool

You're thinking along the right lines trev, for your first car don't overspend - it will probably end up with a few bumps and scrapes until you settle into the roads a bit more.

I'd go for a Ford Ka myself, cheap to run and nice insurance cost, just a word of advice
