IE 7 Transparent PNG Fix

Hi,

I have changed a bit of code that fixed problems with transparent PNG's in IE 6 or less to a conditional statement so it does not appear in IE7.

I was testing in IE7 and it seemed to take a long time for the page to load (browser to render page fully) and it kept hanging.

It seems to have made it about 5 times quicker for me now, but let me know if there any issues.
