  Old  Looking for PHP programmer!

I am looking for a PHP programmer who can do the following for me.

I need a website programming where people can sign up for a weekly email. When registering, they select things they like. Eg. music (they can choose genres too), art (various types available) etc... I can make these (sub)categories in the admin panel. Every day I get information about various events happening and I can categorise the events in the admincp (music, art etc... events). Each week, the subscriber receives an email with all the upcoming events that could be of interest to them.

It would be cool if I could have rss feeds too, but not sure if this will be a must. Want this to be coded nicely (OOP, or use of functions - I like Wildhoney's coding from what I have seen ). Please quote me or add me onto msn.

AJAX would be nice but isn't a must!
