Old  Seeking Novice to Expert Java Programmer

Greetings,

I've been interested to be able to use Java from desktop to web applications as it's advancing (from it's stereotype) and would like to see if anyone here is familiar with object-oriented programming, and is or already interested in Java technologies. For my web application(s), I would like to use Liferay 4+, and if your already familiar with Liferay, please fill me in.

I'll pay you, if needed, per project (and lesson for me to understand what you did, and how to maintain it.)

Oh, and you may post here, or contact me via my e-mail address (kevinul@sbcglobal.net), or my MSN Messenger (kevinulio@hotmail.com).
