Skin Contest: $50

I am starting a contest to create an skin and code it for an online flash game site.
The domain will be www.ARCADE.hk and will aim to the asian traffic.
I am looking for something professional and good looking template.
The script will be run on phparcadescript v2.0 but can be changed this if necessary.

I dont have an idea in mind so any suggestion will be good.

Contest will be open for 3 days starting right now.
