My first ever php script! (don't laugh please)

Hey everyone, just started reading my book this evening (read about 30 pages of over 900!) anyways this is a little script i managed to do in about an hour or so earlier. It doesn't really do alot and nor is it anything "amazing" but it's the first php script i've ever built so i'm quite pleased with the results.

Basically it's a custom plan builder for a hosting company, you select the space, bandwidth and ftp accounts and it totals up the price of the plan. Obviously the prices are slightly unrealistic, i'm not sure how much space/bandwidth etc are worth as individual units.
