Various simple PHP jobs

I have listed what I need below

1. I would like each site to have 2 includes on for easy editing, if you look at one of the sites
you will see 5 text links at the top and a banner ad under the browse button, is it possible to
make those without messing up the colours on each site, and so I can just edit them from my main site (proxynetwork.org)

2. On the proxified page, can you edit the colours to white and a 468x60 advertising space with text and edit
the proxified page so it shows it at all times.

3. Can you make a network bar for proxynetwork.org with 1 drop down displaying the proxies and the logo in top left corner with sponsor
text next to it so I can add another option of advertisement there.

4. If you can do any extra seo you think may be helpful, ideally I want good rankings for the keyword Anonymous Proxy

so you want each site coded? pretty much?

Nope, thats not what I asked, my sites are already up and running, it's a few minor php jobs.
