Do you guys, when designing a template, do rough sketch on paper of what you want the site to look like?

Personally Ive never done this but it could be of some help.

I draw sketches for objects sometimes.

I'm left handed but I use the mouse right handed so it doesn't feel right when I have nothing to guide me on screen sometimes. It depends on how complex the image I'm drawing is

When i try and make a design, i usually draw the main bits out on paper, then add the little details whilst i am designing.

why dont you just report it and spare the thread a useless reply.

I personally dont like to put it down on paper first, have tried it but wasn't my kind of thing. but i do sketch down my ideas in photoshop while designing so i dont forget , with a 1px pencil and a strong color that stands out. feel its more accurate towards the design then a rough sketch on paper.
