Old  What did your school do for muck up day? Ideas?

So, what'd your school do for muck up day?

What are some awesome ideas to do on muck up day? (Remember, we aren't out to vandalize or destroy anything... just cause chaos and fun)

Here's my list so far
• 1) 100’s of helium balloons in the Callan center with signs attached (pretty hard to get them all down) -> Also put those year 8 sound beepers/rape alarms on them
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Personal-Secu...QQcmdZViewItem
• 2) Red food dye in the pool
• 3) Fake crime scene with tape and body markings
• 4) Park in all the teachers parking bays and put signs up prohibiting teacher parking
• 5) On assembly have a candid video of teachers randomly appear
• 6) Ball pit
• 7) Chickens/petting zoo
• 8) Jumping castle!!!
• 9) Ice cream van come to school at lunch
• 10) Cling wrap EVERYTHING in the school (industrial size cling wrap)
• 11) -
• 12) Camp out on the back oval overnight
• 13) Smoke bombs/flares
http://chemistry.about.com/od/demons.../smokebomb.htm
• 14) Classroom on the roof
• 15) Car battery to urinals/drink taps/door handles/gardiners door or phone
• 16) Superglue all the toilet seats down or lockers shut or chairs on assembly on stage
• 17) Order pizza as a teacher
• 18) Put off milk somewhere far away, then on muck up day pour it in a central place
• 19) For Sale signs outside the school
• 20) Rearrange lockers
• 21) If possible change background of all computers to seniors 07
• 22) Honey on stair railings
• 23) Zip locks on doors/gates/lockers
• 24 ) An Ad in the paper for a teachers car for sale with the schools phone number

Do you have no sense of fun?

Put honey over stair rales and doors
Get the zappers and stick them on the oppisite side of the door knobs.

Il post more later!

Water balloons are definitely the best.

Too overdone. We'll no doubt resort to using them during lunch but we are trying to do some unique more innovative things than water balloons and water guns. Not to mention we are in a drought lol.

But thanks for the input

We want to keep it safe, legal, non-destructive/non-messy (our main groundskeeper is a great guy and don't want to make him clean up after us... too much)

I thought England also adapted muck up day? It's a rite of passage for year 12 (senior year) students to have one day out of the schooling life to "muck up". Typically it's students water bombing teachers, students etc.

Although, many schools have banned muck up day. Our school says that we no longer have one, but it's a strong tradition and one which students look forward to ever since they start at the school.

In the UK I think it's mainly through the private sector. It was taken from neighbours and other such Australian shows I think.

Here's one example of a muck up day prank
