I need a simple portfolio design done by November 11. The simplicity of the design, I feel, should only require a $35 payout to the designer; however, I can go up higher if I absolutely feel the design is one I want. The portfolio itself should be geared to coding and have enough space to fit at least three latest project previews, a welcome text area, and a member login somewhere on the design. A content page is preferable but not necessarily needed. Keep in a mind a vBulletin forum will eventually be added and any space for a "Latest Topics" or "Latest News" section on the main page would be appreciated.
