Quite alot of red, perhaps convert the header or navigation to a darker more neutral color to break the tradition.

fast loading flash the flash just makes the logo bounce out of the page and the colours are great welldone

I am liking the design alot. The flash header is really effective. I like the colour combination and I think the red works well to.

I like it, maybe add another colour, and do something with the content area. And why didn't you use the 3D mesh logo? :P
