Hmm it's a tricky one, i like both really.
I like the navigation on the first, the content area could just be improved a bit.
I like the overall feel of the second, it's just lacking a logo of some sort. I think the links etc need a bit more spacing too, everything seems a little compact at the moment.
After all that, still undecided :S

heh yeah i guess #1 does display the quality of the work more
but i love the simplicity and the table-less coding haha
i guess im just proud that i finally did it

yeah I like the 2nd one better 
loads so fast, i'm not saying #1 doesn't but two has more professionalism in it in my opinoun !
I really like both hard to chose mate.
