Yeah, I like this updated much better.. good improvement on the copyright notice, drop shadow effect. I notice you've fix the navigation but I personally think it is not strong enough. Navigation is very important, it makes people click around your site.

Try to keep the navbar and the header seperate in the future. Just a tip from an experianced designer.

You really dont have to discourage him like that, he said he is new...I mean come on we all started from somewhere
