Web Designer/Programmer for hire

Hi, I'm currently looking for freelance work to build up my portfolio. I've been designing and programming for nearly 7 years, and am a college student attending Iowa State University.

My portfolio is far from full, and far from my true quality potential. I've been working fast to get the site up, but it gives you a basic idea.

I'm offering full web designs as low as $1.00 to help build my portfolio for limited time.

My skills/job availabilities are as followed:
Web Designer/Template Designer
XHTML/CSS coder
Some knowledge of PHP/MySQL: can do gallery scripts, email forms, ect.
Anything else: maybe, just ask.

All my templates and coding are valid XHTML 1.0 Strict, and my CSS is valid too.
