Ah.. impulse buys.. we've all been there.. I own some quite odd websites.. that honestly I don't even keep track of anymore. Usually come about from finding a cool looking domain and having the impulse to click "buy" :x

I always go one year when buying the domain initially. If the site is at the point where I think it will continue to grow Ill then buy 2 years at a time.
