US hosts are not under any "strict" jurisdiction. Pornography is completely legal in the US, expect for child pornography and everything of the sort. It is up to the site owner/operator to inform the visitor that adult content lies within.
Here are a few (of the many) us DCes that allow (legal) adult:

That was the first 3 datacenters that popped into my mind. There are many many more.

Yes, that is correct. I made a broad statement.
here you go sam..
HostGator, Hostican, DreamHost and Lunarpages all allow adult sites so long as there is nothing on the site that breaks U.S. laws. Read through their terms and agreements and you'll see.

Why not go and search the Surpass Community forums (if you're registered there) for clarification. Alternatively you could have checked their Wiki and perhaps read through their policies to check your (factually incorrect) statement before posting. Surpass does allow adult content (so long as it's all legal) on their shared servers as well as dedicated servers. HostedFX therefore is perfectly allowed to offer adult hosting in accordance with Surpass' policies.

First of all, Amaze your immaturity started this whole argument, if you want to laugh about nudity please wait for 5th grade to start.. Second, let gareth deal with his own problems he does not need you telling him what he can or cant have on his site. Thirdly why even start an argument over something so stupid, if you have some time to waste instead of looking for threads to spam and argue in, get out of the house have some fun away from the computer.. or if you like your computer more watch some porn (and laugh, if thats what you like to do).. these arguments are pointless, annoying and just make you look stupid.
please close mod.
on a side note:
Sam personally I would suggest looking on Google.com for some, as may members here are under age, and if there not "adult" hosting isnt that common and for someone to support it here would be rare.
If I see anything or know anyone, ill send you a pm.

Firstly, I was laughing at the request to ask for adult hosting on TFL. There are hardly any hosts on TFL that support it, thats why I laughed.
Secondly, I sent in a ticket, and they said I couldn't host adult websites do I don't know whats up, but now I see that they wrote it in their policy, so I can allow it now.
Thirdly, How did I start an argument? no one started an argument you assumed one was started.. no one in this thread is arguing, if you can't tell?

Jamie started the argument. He commented Amaze's post when he shouldn't even bother replying to irrelevant and no-sense posts.
Amaze is innocent.

Then it was Sam's job to start the argument. I know I can't stop Jamie from arguing with anyone but I don't like people accusing the wrong person.

How would you feel if you made a topic and the first reply you got back was somebody laughing. Whether Sam found it funny or not i wouldn't personally find it funny, which was all i meant by my posts. But, thats where that ended, i wasnt trying to point the blame at anybody and still dont. But this thread has gotten out of hand.
