Old  Hosting Question - I think my host is a reseller!

Ok, today i backed-up my webpage. I recieved the email from my cPanel confirming the backup was done, and i got the link to the back up. I was reading through the message, and i found this:

Copying Reseller Config...Done
Does that mean my host is a reseller? Maybe that explains the extremely crappy service i get.

Thanks for your help.

Does your hosting work fine? A .us domain and for $3.50 per month you get unlimited space and bandwidth.

The hosting side of the business is great. I dont use a lot of there services (maybe 100-150 megs a month of diskspace and i once hit 5 gigs of bandwidth but mostly stay around 1-2 gigs a month), so they haven't suspended my account or anything.

Customer support on the other hand sucks. If you send an email for support, don't expect to get a reply the same day. BUT, you can always call them. I've called them, and they answered the phone and helped me out.

Overall, if your just looking for webspace, and don't need support, i would go with them. And don't pay $3.50 a month, pay the $8.99 a year plan. Thats what i have.

Thanks for your help man. It does look pretty suspicious. But, under reasonable doubt, i can't decide whether they resell or not.
