Need good Wordpress coder - ASAP

Hi guys, got some regular work and need a good WP coder

Site is normal - WP page and a WP article page

It's for a music band of my friends

I want one feature/plugin to it - we want to offer our entire 6 song CD for free download IF people sign up and leave their email so we can build a mailing list.

So I need that -

You dont need a plugin for this, just include a if statment for if thay have logged in, so you know they have signed up, then use a mail plugin to grab there email they sign up with to build your lists.
