Sigh, more problems with Brius. I've been trying to get a hold of Dave/Bryan for months now. Even though I canceled my first account with them ($4 a month), I've been billed for it for the past 5 months or so (meaning they still owe me about $20). Bryan or Dave (can't remember who) even said they canceled the account TWICE, yet still nothing. If anyone could please tell them to contact me on MSN (chronic.impulse@gmail.com) since they don't respond, I would be greatly appreciative.

Andrew, if it's a paypal subscription you yourself could go and cancel it.

Thats why I pay $15 a month for one site, 1gig space, 60gig bw. If its down I will be talking with an admin (not a low level "tech" form India, not pointed at brius) inside of 20min at peak times. Quality comes at a price, I decided I couldn't afford not to have it.

Hey now, I am just not sure if it's right to talk about how support on the "indian" side when this is clearly for Brius, in which they are located in the US, which might give a false pretense, that's all.

It's not a paypal subscription (there isn't one attached to my paypal) so it must be through their billing system (which is strange because why would it do it automatically?).
****! I'm an idiot. When I looked for subscriptions before, it didn't show up! Now it is (I probably didn't set it to go back that far). Oh well, since it's my mistake, I guess no money back. But they should have still responded when I asked. Oh well.
