.info is the best TLD besides the three that you listed. I've seen keyword .info domains sell for thousands. (source: dnforum)

Personally I find .info to be cheap and just plain lame. Just my 2 cents. I'll buy just about any domain before I buy a .info.

I agree with you christittell, i only way i would buy a .info TLD is if it was meant for a infomational site but i'd still try to get .com first

.info would gbe my choice. I mean, off course .net, .com and .org are better, but most other domains are country based, and if you're aiming for international public, it looks crap. It would be ace to own a .gov domain though.
