Ok this is somthing which I would like to know. Would you rather buy from a hosting company with a unique template or a template monster company. Would a templated site give you any doubts etc?

I would rent from who ever offers the best service not the best template.

I dont think that would actually sway my decision in any way.. I mean, all it shows it that theycan't design the site, but people without a TM template might have hired a freelance designer to design theirs.

So i tend to not think about it, really.

All depends on the price and quality, if the quality is better on the hositng site, the hosting site.

Design doesn't matter, it's the service. I have been with www.bladehost.net for the past several years and had excellent service and uptime and they use a template monster design.

its the service that counts but remember your site is like a shop, its where your going to be selling your service. . . for example, if you had money to spend would you buy a car from an official show room or from a small grubby garage?

the TM designs are nicely done so even tho' there not unique they would be more than capable of selling your serivce. . . imo ofcourse
