When did anyone pick on him for his English skills?
Yes his first post had some reasonable points however it's his attitude I don't like, he has been rather rude in several threads and insulted allot of the designers here. I agree your site is unique, however I strongly disagree your site is easy to navigate or easy to use (whatever you said) there’s no structure to it, and that’s something new designers know and they design around the functionality. The web has come along way, people want to be able to use a website rather then struggle to use it.

derek from the bottom of my heart i thank you.
and to the one that pick on me i thank you too.
beleive it or not i enjoy this conversation I am learning about the other side and it has been very valuable to me ,maybe not in the way they think but to sharpen my argument it re-inforces my beleifs for originality and confidence about quality.
it gives me materials for my own marketing search .
the art market is facing an unfair competition when anybody that owns photochop can
become a self declared artist...let alone genius aside!
i am taking it with phylosophy and apriciate eating every day at the salvation army...
no complains here..just an adjusmenyt that i need to do.
well i am getting personal there but after all (it's my choice---right)
it si your choice also if you want to let me yap alone...
i just re-join the community and want to make friends
do we all have to agree on the same things?
well i thank you all. really!

Personally, you should clarify which kind of artist you are
You shouldn't be pulling definitions off of Wikipedia.

All artists are freelancers if they're trying to make so much as a cent from their work w/o being hired as a regular employee in a company for that work. Anyone (at least in the US) that is making any money (no matter how small) by working for themselves, and that is not registered as a business entity, is legally a freelancer.

Anyone that owns photoshop CAN become a self declared artist.. As long as you are creating something visually appealing, it is art.
Your website is still art - Even though it may not appeal to most of us on this forum...
I guess it goes along with beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
and I'll stop using wiki
