Graphic work for VB

Ok I an looking for a few things to get done on the graphic side, I would like to maybe look into getting a custom postbit/posbit legacy (think im using legacy).

I would also like to get a custom rank set done and someone that can actually setup the rank system for me. And maybe some custom forum markers.
