A long time ago, I remember stumbling into a forum skin generator script online. It was a service provided by a forum skinning site, and it allowed you to enter some values, and then click generate and it would generate the wrapper file. I think this was for phpbb, but might have been ib.
Does anyone remember seeing something like this online? I've googled and tried to find it again, but just can't.
