Hey Dan,
I've been coding in HTML for nearly seven years, and when I code I make an effort to create semantic, accessible, and standards compliant web documents.

I typically do .PSD->.XHTML/.CSS jobs in the range of $40-$70 USD depending on the complexity of the template, and I can almost always turn around a coded template within 24 hours.
