PSD to XHTML / CSS tabless coding!

I would like to offer a few people tabless coding for a discounted price of only $20 with a turnaround of within forty eight hours. I don't currently have a portfolio which is why I am offering my service at such a low price, so I can build up a little portfolio and purchase a design for my portfolio with my earnings. Half would have to be paid upfront and the other half after I have finished.
