Custom Character and Banner

Hi all,

I am going to be starting a video game blog in the near future, more specifically an MMORPG blog. Basically I am looking to have a custom banner made up, but more importantly i would like to have a custom cartoon character made to go with the banner and server as the blog logo.

I don't require anything too fancy, preferably simple and very clean/polished looking. If anyone is able to do something like this please send me a PM with some rough pricing and I can send you more specific information on my ideas.
