firefox help

Hi, didn't know where to post this..
anyway, where do you change your firefox profile? on start-up it said I had to choose a profile, but I chose the wrong one.. So where do I change?

3 Easy steps...

1. Close Firefox completely (select File > Exit from the main menu of Firefox).
2. Select Start > Run... from the Windows Start menu.
3. Enter firefox.exe -profilemanager and press OK.

sorry, where is profile manager?

Edit: no I disabled it from opening on startup

Ok, go to your start menu, then click on Run and where it has the box enter that information with all of Firefox closed and see what it says.
