The site works on Amazon API and is enabled with their affiliate system to make money.

The site is seo'd.

Features:
- Membership Management
- Users can create multiple Wishlists with title and description.
- Wishlists are given a permalink.
- The site is integrated with gravatar.

Any room for negotiation on your asking price? $300 seems a bit steep in my opinion, especially with only $12 revenue How long has the site been running?
