There is not "best" hosting for vbulletin, just look for a good host (I reccomend liquidweb) and they will do well.

Aside from a good price, nice packages and features always ask if they are VB friendly.. They wont always tell you.

Its actually best if they mention it in their ads. Keep in mind that if you're running lots of hacks, they may be CPU intensive which would def be a problem on a non-vb friendly site..
