Looking for long-term PHP/Coding guy

My current coding person no longer has time. I'm seeking someone who will be willing to do lots of smaller jobs (with bigger ones mixed in).

Things that I will need you to do:
Minor mods to scripts
Moving/installing sites
Skinning designs on to scripts This is the big one
Bug fixing
In some cases, smaller programming work

If you have experience, I may also use you to build applications.

Pay will be on a per-job basis. Please post an hourly wage or an idea of how much you want for certain types of jobs. If it's within my means, we can talk.

I have one introductory job for the person I choose (to make sure I have the right person). It is a smaller job, but a job nonetheless. You will need to move a website/script of mine (http://arcadeshift.com) to another server, then help me get the site operational (need to reset admin password, and create a few accounts to bugfix). For something like this I would pay around $50. If this type of thing is acceptable, respond.

I will take the introductory job, and we can see how our relationship goes from there. I have sent you a PM.
