<----------BEGINNING SPECS ----------->

A. Need a simple website script with three functions.

1. Need two galleries for multimedia display. One gallery will be for
images and the other gallery will be for videos. In both galleries it
will display thumbnails of the file and then when clicked it will show
the file in a new window. For the video it will need to be played in
the new window.

2. A news section will be shown on the home page of the site with the
10 most recent posts shown. We do not need anything with comments or
additional features like that. Just simple title, date, and content.

3. Need to be able to upload a flash header (and upload new ones in
the future) and also upload three simple images with links at the
bottom.

B. The project has a strict timeframe. We need the script done in 2
weeks. That means by December 26th.
