Client Area Script

Hello,

I'm interested in possibly hiring someone to make me a custom client area script. I want it so that when a client contacts me with an order, -I- can make them an account in which they can access with a username and password. Within the area, they will be able to see progress on their order, and any questions/notes may be asked. I like the style most hosting companies use, where you can support tickets -within- the client area.
