Wordpress Coder Wanted

Hi I am looking for a wordpress coder to code this theme

Requirements.
1. It should work on all major browsers
2. It should validate
3. It should be widget ready
4. No text should be burried inside images
5. You should replace the logo with the blog's name from Wordpress and remove the banner
6. Lists should be stylized down to the third level
7. Tags that should be stylized include
(DL/DT/DD, BLOCKQUOTE, CODE, H3, H4, H5, PRE, HR, B and STRONG, U, I and EM, ABBR, ACRONYM)
8. Files that it should have include
404, archives, comments, footer, functions, header, index, links, page, search, searchform, sidebar, single post, stylesheet (commented)
9. You should make sure that it doesn't have any common bugs like nested floats problems etc
10. I get all rights of the final product
11. Links on the Horizontal navbar should not be hardcoded but the wordpress pages and the navbar shouldn't break with child pages
12. Child categories at the sidebar should work
Basically what I want is a theme that works good out of the box and I don't have to contact you constantly to fix small bugs.
