Looking for Flash Media Server Experienced User to help with Project

Description:
Hello,

I am looking for a flash media server specialist to help me create something specific that I am looking for. Here's generally what I'm looking for:

- a 'classroom' type of webcam application
- the 'students' will be able to view the 'teacher' teach using a webcam. Video and Audio is required.
- A remote page where all students will be on. As for when the teacher flips the 'page', the students' pages change as well. Similar to the third example of the third video here (sample applications): http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flashmed...tion_fms2.html

Plus a few more features. Please contact me RIGHT AWAY. I am in need of someone right now, and have a very flexible budget for this project.

Position: Flash Media Server Programmer

Salary or Project Budget: $1000+
