CGI, PHP, and ASP ... which do you like the most ??

I have a question for the programmers. I always wanted to know if you speak chinese, would you also be able to code in chinese?

Ive worked with code made by people who speak other languages, the comments and output are that language but the commands are the same. Although there is no official standard, here is what a Chinese keyboard looks like.
