How many will be in the rotation at once for each spot?
Also, only 60,000 impressions (estimate) for the $150 a month, same for the $25 a month. Weird?
Can we change the banner as many times as we want if we go for the $25 option?

Less people are going to click the text link, I'm guessing that ones mainly for PR, The 150 one is because it is on the front page and so viewed the most.

I'd break your email up Robson "webmaster (at) talkfreelance.com" - don't want those email spiders picking that up else you'll get spammed to death! By the way the spam software should be working properly on your TF email now - not sure if you have noticed any change?
